Canceling an Order

Can I cancel my order?

• An order can be cancelled as long as no work has been completed for that order.  If there has been any setup or artwork provided by Snap Graphics to you for your order, (Hard Proof, Custom Design) you will be billed.

An order can not be cancelled if :

• The order has been sent into production
• The order has been completed
• The order has been cut and packaged
• The order has shipped
• The order has been delivered

In these cases, we are unable to cancel the order and you will be billed.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please call the Snap Graphics customer service line at 1.855.OHH.SNAP (644-7627) with your Order Number and Job Name.  Please note, your customer service representative will provide you with any applicable fees that must be paid if the order is cancelled.
