Placing an Order and Turnaround Time
Placing an order with Snap Graphics can be done 2 ways. You can either place your order online, or call your order in at 1.855.OHH.SNAP (644-7627).
To place your order online follow these steps:
1) Choose your Product / Configure Details
- Find your product on the navigation menu to the left, or click the products link on our top navigation bar.
- Select your size from the provided sizing options.
- After reading the product details, continue onto the Configuration Page.
- Configure your print order to your specifications. You can manipulate the color, coating, and quantity with our easy to use calculator. Then Continue onto Step 2.
2) Upload your Artwork
- Double check to make sure you have selected the proper configuration, and continue to the 'Upload Designs' page.
- To help you track your jobs, you are required to name it. Enter your job name, along with any notes you would like to add.
- Click the 'Choose File..." button, and select the first side of your print job. Once selected your artwork will be uploaded, and a second 'Choose File..." button will appear. If your job is two sided, you must upload the second side.
- Once your artwork is uploaded, Continue to step 3.
3) Checkout
- Your files have been uploaded, and your order is ready for payment. You may enter a coupon code if you have one, and get an estimated shipping cost, or continue to the 'Check Out' page. Fill in your shipping information along with your billing choice and thats it!
- Your order is placed, and once your artwork is reviewed and is passed to print, you will then be billed.
- If we have a problem with the artwork you provided, you will be contacted via Email and Phone.
Turnaround
- All turnaround times advertised on this site are based on the normal turnaround it takes a job to be completed under normal circumstances, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Production on your print job will not begin until the following are completed: Your artwork is approved to go to print (Bleeds, size, color mode, etc.), a proof has been approved by you (if applicable), and Full payment has been received.
- Transit times for shipping are not included in production time, and should be taken into consideration when placing your order.
- While we handle your order with our highest priority, unforeseen delays may affect production time, such as: Delivery Services, Equipment Breakdown, Illness, inclement weather and other occurrences.
